How do I apply to become a VALORE model?

 

Getting started is easy. Visit our Get Scouted page and complete the online application. Tell us a little about yourself, share what draws you to VALORE™, and upload 2–4 recent photos.

No professional portfolio or prior modeling experience is required. We welcome Black individuals of all looks, skin tones, heights, and body types.

After reviewing your submission, we will contact selected applicants using the information provided.

 

What criteria does VALORE look for in new talent?

We prioritize individuality, confidence, dedication, and professional poise. As an inclusive agency, we actively seek diverse faces and unique perspectives across both commercial and editorial divisions.

Do I need previous modeling experience to submit?

Not at all. VALORE specializes in talent development. We work closely with new faces to cultivate runway movement, posing skills, and camera readiness from the ground up.

Where is VALORE located?

Our headquarters are located in Austin, Texas, but we scout, represent, and book talent for regional, national, and international engagements.

Will I get paid for being featured?

At this stage, VALORE is primarily focused on building a platform that provides visibility. Opportunities are not currently paid modeling jobs unless a specific opportunity is clearly advertised as compensated.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting?

We aim to review submissions within 1–2 business days. If your submission is selected for further consideration, a member of the VALORE team will contact you using the email address you provided.

Is VALORE a professional modeling agency?

VALORE is an independent, emerging platform dedicated to discovering and showcasing individuals. As we continue to build our brand and community, we are not currently a traditional talent agency and do not offer professional bookings, contracts, or guaranteed modeling opportunities.

Who can submit to VALORE?

VALORE welcomes Black individuals of every skin tone, background, appearance, and body type. We believe there is no single way to look in order to be seen.

Do I need modeling experience to apply?

Not at all! You don’t need prior modeling experience, professional photos, or a modeling portfolio. We welcome beginners, including those who have never modeled before.

What happens if my submission is accepted?

Selected individuals may be featured on VALORE’s website, social media channels, or in future magazine projects. If chosen, we will contact you directly with further details.

Do I have to live in Austin, Texas?

No! Although VALORE is based in Austin, we welcome submissions from creators around the world!

What is the long-term vision for VALORE?

Our vision is to become a recognized platform for Black representation in modeling and media. We aim to expand our features, develop magazine projects, create meaningful opportunities, and continue challenging the standards that have historically limited who gets seen.
